Fresh Raspberry salsa

I have a new favorite salsa, made from fresh raspberries and crisp cilantro! I came up with this recipe one day when I was experimenting around with my own salsa recipe.
Start off by chopping up some cilantro and onions.
Don't forget  the fresh raspberries :)
I then added into a good processor, some chopped up tomatoes, the package of raspberries, the cilantro, garlic, onion, a squeeze of like juice and half of a chopped up jalapeƱo pepper. I added a pinch of salt and a little bit of sugar as well (you can leave out the sugar if you like, the raspberries are pretty sweet alone)!
Everything in the good processor :) I then pulsed it a few times for a few seconds. Do so until the salsa reaches your desired consistency!
This is what mine looked like when I was done. I then sterlized three half pint (8 oz ) jars and added a little bit of vinegar to each one and filled them with the salsa.
This recipe fills three half pint jars. I then processed them in a water bath for 15 minutes. Have a great day everyone! Comments are appreciated :)
